Special Power Cable is designed to meet the requirements of complex and demanding environments that standard power cables cannot handle. These cables feature enhanced electrical, mechanical, thermal, or chemical properties to ensure stable power transmission under special conditions such as high temperature, high flexibility, strong mechanical stress, or chemical corrosion. They are widely used in automation, energy, metallurgy, transportation, and other industrial fields.

Construction

- Conductor: Annealed copper or tinned copper, Class 5 flexible conductor according to IEC 60228.
- Insulation: XLPE, silicone rubber, EPR, or other special polymer materials.
- Shielding (optional): Copper braid, aluminum foil, or combined shielding for anti-interference.
- Armour (optional): Steel wire armour (SWA) or stainless steel braid for mechanical protection.
- Sheath: PVC, LSZH, polyurethane (PUR), or special thermoplastic compound.
- Voltage Grade: 300/500V, 450/750V, 0.6/1kV, or customized per project requirements.
