Silicone Rubber (Flame-Retardant) Flexible Control Cable

Silicone Rubber (Flame-Retardant) Flexible Control Cable

Silicone rubber control cables are suitable for high-temperature industries such as steel, metallurgy, power plants, coking plants, aviation, petroleum, and chemical industries. They are used in control and monitoring circuits with rated voltages of 450/750V and below. Silicone rubber KGG cables offer excellent high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, radiation resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, and waterproof properties. They also exhibit outstanding cold resistance and weather resistance.

IV. Technical Parameters

  1. Insulation Resistance of Finished Cable Cores:

    • When converted to a cable length of 1 km and a temperature of 20°C, the insulation resistance should not be less than 50 MΩ.

  2. Voltage Test:

    • The finished cable must withstand a 3000V/5min power frequency AC voltage test without insulation breakdown.
