Application:

This product is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation sectors, and other occasions requiring control and protection circuits with rated AC voltages below 450/750V. It features polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation and a PVC sheathed control cable.

II. Operating Conditions:

1. Installation Temperature and Bending Radius:

• A. For cables without armor, not less than 6 times the cable’s outer diameter.

• B. For cables with armor or steel tape shielding, not less than 12 times the cable’s outer diameter.

• C. For shielded flexible cables, not less than 10 times the cable’s outer diameter.

• The cable can be installed at temperatures not lower than 0°C without preheating.

• Installation is not restricted by vertical drops.

• The bending radius during installation must comply with the following:

2. Long-Term Allowable Operating Temperature:

• The maximum continuous operating temperature for the cable conductor is 90°C.

3. Short-Circuit Condition:

• The cable conductor temperature must not exceed 250°C, with a duration of no more than 5 seconds.

III. Meaning of Letters in Product Model:

• K: Control Cable

• YJ: Cross-Linked Polyethylene Insulation
