Construction
· Conductor: Class 5 flexible annealed copper according to IEC 60228.
· Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) or EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) insulation for high temperature and dielectric strength.
· Shielding: Aluminum/polyester foil + tinned copper braid for full 360° EMI coverage (≥85%).
· Inner Sheath: PVC or LSZH for mechanical protection.
· Armor (optional): Steel Wire Armor (SWA) or Aluminum Wire Armor (AWA) for mechanical protection.
· Outer Sheath: PVC or LSZH, flame-retardant, oil-, UV-, and chemical-resistant.
